Washington Nationals won 7-2 in Friday’s opener behind John Lannan and Jerry Hairston Jr. Lannan gave up two runs in 6 1-3 innings, and had two hits including his first career homer, a two-run drive in the second that gave the Nationals a 3-0 lead.
