Lohse lost his last two starts while giving up 12 runs in 12 innings, and last dropped three in a row from June 3-July 20, 2009. He is 1-4 with a 5.50 ERA in six starts after opening the season 7-2 with a 2.41 ERA in 12 games.
New York Mets may be thrilled to have Reyes and Beltran back, the Cardinals are likely to be less enthused. They give Dillon Gee his first start against St. Louis.
